  • Cricket LG Optimus L70 keepsgoing to "Emergency Calls Only"



    Had Family Plan with 5 Cricket Samsung phones for almost 2 years. Worked great with no problems. Forced to switch over to 5 Cricket LG Optimus L70 phones. None of the phones work properly. They keep shutting down with "Emergency Calls Only" Also, can not get on internet. Get "Mailbox Full" messages when there just 2 messages! They are nightmare phones. Have repeatedly gone to Cricket and the problem persists.     Cricket SUCKS! I have a story for ya. Back about 12 years ago they took $2190.00 out of my checking account (or tried too) for a 21.90 bill. Their fault. It caused lots of problems with my checking account and for months I was unable to write checks to the grocery stores because it went out on a bad check report. It was awful.   • Cricket broken ZTE Phone



    The ZTE SRS phone is the worst phone that has every been made. Shame on cricket for selling such a terrible phone. I have went through two of these phones in three months. The lack of support for this phone is terrible. If you have Cricket send it back you get the same type of phone which does not work. The battery drains within one hour, the phone has been replaced plus a new battery two days after receiving the replacement phone.     on 8/30/11 i bought a cell phone from cricket online and one hour after i did i had to cancel my order do to anther reason.. i called back and was told the phone was already shipped ? mind you this was only one hour! i was told to ship it back and and i would receive my refund within 30 days?? i had my bank put a stop payment on my account and the charges reversed the same day.. on the following day cricket debited my account AGAIN and took the 72 dollars back out! so i had to file a dispute with my bank to deal with cricket.. the bank ended up sending me a letter stating that there was no...     I just bought a Sanyo Zio from Cricket. Just switching over to the new payment plan was a hassle and seemed underhanded. They told me that I was a "post" payer and needed to be a "pre" payer. I have never known Cricket to have a post-pay system. It has always been pre-pay as far as I knew! So, I now had to pay for my previous month in addition to paying the next month before I could switch. Does this make any sense?   • Worst Costomer Service for Phone Companies, Hands Down!!!



    Talked to West for signup. Talking to a sales rep. always seems to go easy where ever you go to. When I got the email confrimation for the fedex tracking # for the A600 Modem, my mom's aptartment number was not there. I asked the account to be under my name, because 1. i did not have all of my mom's information 2. I want to deal with all the hassle if there was any. Called Fedex and they said call Cricket.     Any company that uses tech-support from Mid-Eastern companies is a big LOSER in my book. You aren't paying them a dime and they don't know a thing.
